Protection that also grows from the start
Proradix HORTIC contains the soil bacterium Pseudomonas sp. Proradix (DSMZ 13134) that populates the roots of the young plants after application. The bacterium provides protection and an optimal water and nutrient uptake through various impact mechanisms.
Ensures the yield thanks to various impact mechanisms
The Pseudomonas-Strain used in Proradix HORTIC works as following:
- It activates the plant’s own resistance mechanism. (Resistance induction)
- It competes with soil-borne pathogens for root exudates and biosphere and comes through
- It produces a very potent iron-chelate (Siderophor)
- It reinforces the root’s cell wall
Thereby, a healthy and differentiated root system forms which helps the plant grow consistently. So an important contribution to ensuring the yield has been made.
